Every audit is reviewed by our Senior Flexibility Officers before delivery. We maintain strict standards:
• All observations must be verifiable (screenshots archived)
• No direct personal attacks on subjects
• Findings must be presented in appropriately dry, professional language
• The Facts department must be consulted (response optional)
